theMovement Classathon Challenge!
On Saturday 15th October we are going to be running 8 classes in a row, with all proceeds going to theMovement Charity! You can challenge yourself to all eight or pop in for one or two!! Each class will be 45 minutes, a mixture of different styles of exercise, with the whole day running from 9am-5pm in Lammas Park. More info to follow about each class, but expect to see a bunch of lovely QtG instructors!
There is no cost per class, but we invite you to donate what you can to this great cause! All money raised will go to theMovement Charity, who break down barriers to exercise for women who have experienced multiple disadvantages, often including domestic violence, sexual exploitation and adverse mental health.
