When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community.

Story

Last year my Grandmother, Grace Downes, suffered a number of strokes and sadly at the end of the year she passed away. I am running in her memory and would like to raise as much money as I am able for the Stroke Association to help others whose lives are impacted by Strokes, including my wife's Grandparents who have also been effected.

Please give as generously as you are able to.

Thank you very much for your support.
