Story
I personally going back about 36 months ago could not walk due to a sever joint disorder, my doctor had told me to register as disabled. I went to see a specialist and he put me on a diet to avoid the foods that effected my disorder, put me on 18 months on physio once a week and also put me on a cocktail of medicine to manage my condition. Its been a long and uncomfortable recovery but now today I walk / hike over 120,000 steps a week and fitter now than I was 20 years ago. So my challenge is to hike up the Wrekin, down the other side and back again every day over the 12 days of Christmas, this will entail about a quarter of a million steps altogether and each hike will be around 15km totalling around 180 kilometres (115 miles approx) by the time I finish and begin hibernation LOL So please donate to my page in support of The Buddy Bag Foundation, To see what this amazing charity does to help Children who have been effected by domestic violence please visit their website below.
I am representing my company Q Safe Solutions part of Aqua Sign and Print during the walk, so please keep posted!
