The Quality, Productivity and Patient Experience team are running Glow in the Park to help raise money for the Swan Fund. Working across the Northern Care Alliance at the North Manchester, Oldham, Salford, and Bury & Rochdale Care Organisations, the Swan Team provides support to patients and their loved ones at the most difficult of times. We all have experience of losing those close to us and we really wanted to raise money to help those in a similar situation.

Our team of seven runners have very different experience when it comes to running but we are all determined to make it to the finish and raise and much money as possible for the Swan Fund. Any donation you are able to make will be greatly appreciated.
