Story

Once again, PSG will be taking part in the Severn Hospice Dragon Boat Festival 2017 on the 9th July at Shrewsbury School Boat Club.

Thanks to all our supporters last year we raised an AMAZING £2,453.51 for the charity and although we weren't so hot on the rowing we did get Highly Commended by the High Sheriff of Shropshire for our fancy dress efforts.

This years theme is All Around The World and we will be going all out to exceed last years efforts and hopefully win the coveted prize of Best Dressed, (our expectations are realistic with regards to the rowing)!  Therefore, it is only far we set our sights on exceeding last years donations.

Severn Hospice is a fantastic local charity supporting patients with incurable illnesses and their families across Shropshire and Mid Wales.  You don't have to look that far to find someone who has been helped by the Hospice, so I'm sure you will all dig deep to give as much or as little as you can for this very worthy cause.

Please come down on the day to help cheer us on down the river and join us for a burger.

Thank you from all at PSG.

Severn Hospice provides specialist care and emotional support for families in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales living with an incurable illness. All our care is provided for free, but it is not without cost - we have to raise £2 for every £3 we spend. It's because you care that we can.
