Kersti, Lauren and I are friends and work colleagues. We decided we enjoyed walking together and that a challenge would be fun. Walking at dawn sounded like a wonderful time of day to be outside, especially as we'll be in the beautiful Ilkley area in West Yorkshire. This is a national campaign, and thinking about others who are also walking to  show solidarity with those having a tough time feels inspirational.
