Picture the scene. Three girls and a guy, sitting around a dining table, empty bowls that once were filled with the world's best pulled pork (yeah, I am that good) strewn around the table. And many, many empty wine bottles.

'I've got an amazing idea' one girl at the table cries (that would be me), 'we should do Pretty Muddy!!'

And the rest, as they say, is history. 

Cancer has been something that has quite personally affected me over the past couple of years and as we all know is something that effects millions of people every year. So if I'm going to have to do exercise and get mud up my nails, this seems like a good reason to.
