We fund a network of expert research nurses to help save blood cancer patients' lives

Story

Myself, Wez Reading, Will Payne, Billy Cheetham , Steve Batt and John Dixon are taking part in the 100 mile 'Ride London' in August. Rather than asking for a standard donation, we thought we would host an event to raise money for Cure Leukaemia.

It's a Prohibition themed party held at Hart & Co in L/Spa on Sept 28th.The event will be themed so fancy dress is a must! £20 ticket cost will include a drink on arrival and some Canopés. part of that £20 will include a charitable donation.

There will be some quirky prohibition elements to the evening and we will also hold a raffle with some really good prizes. It's sure to be a great evening, so feel free to invite friends and family.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU NOTE WHO THE TICKETS ARE FOR WHEN PAYING ON THIS PAGE

Cure Leukaemia helps blood cancer patients to access pioneering drug and transplant treatments by funding a network of specialist research nurses across the UK. Without these nurses, to ensure patients are monitored and cared for, clinical trials of these new treatments would not run and patients, that have exhausted standard treatment options, would miss out on potentially lifesaving therapies. Every penny raised for Cure Leukaemia helps save lives and also hastens global progress towards the eradication of all forms of blood cancer.

Cure Leukaemia fund research nurses at 15 hospitals across the UK. These roles form the Trials Acceleration Programme (TAP) network giving patients, from a catchment area of 30m, access to potentially life-saving treatments through clinical trials, with plans to fund a paediatric network on the way.
