Cambridge Bumps Rowing Race · 19 July 2021

We care for children & young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambs, Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk and support their families. This can be at home, in hospital or at one of three hospices at Milton, The Treehouse and The Nook. We rely on voluntary donations for the majority of our income.

Story

We are rowing for the first time as an 8 (Woman’s Progress Crew for Cambridge ‘99) next week in the infamous Cambridge Bumps race!!

Amidst all this excitement, as a mum of 2 little ones, I truly appreciate the fact that we are able to take part, and think of families who instead are facing terrible hardships at this moment.

I hope that we can raise a little money next week for this amazing charity and the invaluable help that East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices provides for families facing a health crisis and who are in need of some extra support.

Wish us luck in the race!
