Fundraising for Army Benevolent Fund
On Saturday the 19th of March a team made up of members of Pro-Fit Personal Training in Liverpool will set off to complete the 3 Peaks Challenge. The challenge is to walk the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours. It will involve walking over 20 miles, ascending over 3000 meters and driving over 500 miles. All to raise money for the Army Benevolent Fund, this is a charity that offers support to serving soldiers, veterans and their families.
