I am on the board of trustees for Action through Enterprise, an amazing grassroots charity working in Lawra, a remote community in the Upper West region of Ghana. ATE works to reduce poverty in a region where the majority rely on subsistence farming and food is scare for months at a time. 

I'm celebrating 10 years of ATE by raising funds for their work in Lawra! Please join me in supporting this charity by donating what you can. I'll be running my first Tough Mudder endurance race with the team and will need all the luck I can get!
