I am taking part in the 10K "Walk for Humanity" for British Red Cross in aid of supporting the charity as they work to reach people in crisis.

Whatever the crisis, whatever the scale, British Red Cross puts people first when their world has been turned upside down - no matter who or where they are.

I am walking for every person whose home has been destroyed by conflict. I am walking for every family struggling to put food on the table and keep going. I am walking for every community pulling together after an earthquake. I am walking for every responder who works around the clock to help others.
