Meet the Princes Gate Mineral Water's IRONMAN Wales team.

Charity has always been close to our hearts at Princes Gate and during lockdown we wanted to make sure our efforts helped in some way to those affected by the pandemic, We could see that young people were paying a heavy price with their physical freedoms and potential long-term impact on their mental health. In fact, according to the charity YoungMinds, 67% of young people between 13-25 believed the pandemic would have a long-term negative effect on their mental health.

This is why since 2021 we have been supporting YoungMinds, as we want to help support and raise awareness, so together we can improve young people's better well-being.

Getting out and being active is also key to improve better well-being whether physically or mentally, this is why with the help of our AMAZING Princes Gate IRONMAN team, they are helping us on our mission to improve better well-being by taking on one of the toughest challenges, 140.6 gruelling miles around the Pembrokeshire coast of swim, bike and run.
