On the 30 December we rushed Sarah to hospital and she was diagnosed with a brain tumour. After a few weeks in St Georges Hospital she was moved to Princess Alice Hospice, where she passed away on the 20 January.

The Hospice is absolutely amazing - everybody there took such good care of Sarah and looked after us. It was fantastic to know Sarah was in the best possible care and have support over such a heartbreaking time.
