I never had the pleasure of meeting my mother in law to be a great lady by the name of Judith, as just before David & I met she was taken from him by this horrible & nasty thing we call cancer.

She left behind my David & his brother John along with other family members. There was nothing David could do to save his mam he just had to try make her as comfortable as possible & watch it take over, I can not think of anything worse than being completely helpless & watching someone you love suffer in pain. If I could give him just 5 minutes with her I'd change my life & do without whatever possible forever.

Daisy will never get to met her Nan, hear all her stories or get spoiled rotten like all grandchild deserves neither will the little bump I'm carrying now. David never got to see the proud look on his mams face when his first child Daisy was born so many things cancer stole when it stole Judith. 

So we would like to raise as much money as possible to help people survive & beat this nasty horrbile thing & not have to leave loved ones behind or have life taken so suddenly.

My lovely big sister Karen is also taking part & trying to help raise money to help find a cure & raise awareness as sadly her father Shaun lost his battle to cancer & was taken from her suddenly.

Not a day goes by when she doesn't think about him or wishes she could have changed the outcome, it doesn't matter how old you are an adult or child when you lose a parent it's so hard but losing them to a disease that you know one day will have a cure is hard as you just wish that day had already arrived.

My sister loved her father so much he was a kind & loving man & would be so proud to see her trying to help others fight this battle.
