I turn 40 in January, which is one of 'those' milestones, so over the last year I created a list of things I wanted to do before I turn 40 or during that 40th year. These have included going to New York, having a tattoo and performing on an international stage.

As part of my 40th celebrations I am volunteering for a month at a children's home in Cambodia and have been fundraising for them.

Then I saw the news and the destruction in the Philippines and I wanted to think of a ways I could help. So on Sunday, 24th November whilst driving home from North Wales I had a crazy idea. Why don't I make a christmas single with my friends? The fact I can't sing...hey.

So I spoke to some of my mates and they were all up for it, why not, it will be a laugh. Within 3 days we had booked a venue and recorded the song.

Now we may only raise £10, but we have tried, why dont you create a list and do something special
