Birmingham has given me so much and I want to give something back. I have lived here my whole life and been presented with many opportunities around me. Having the Commonwealth Games hosted here in my home city is very exciting and I am lucky to be part of it.

After the last couple of years we have had, the Games are exactly what we need this Summer. Most importantly, we need to make sure everyone is included and able to take advantage of the opportunities the Games are bringing to this city.

I believe in leaving everyone and all things better than you found them. So, let’s leave Birmingham better than we found it <3

For the whole month of February, I will be walking 10,000 steps before 10:00am, every day, to raise £2022 for The United by 2022 Legacy Charity.  So please send help and donations.

My colleagues from Gi Group and Birmingham 2022 will be joining me for part of my walk on some mornings. If you would like to join me, please give me a shout. I absolutely want to encourage others to get moving too and I'd love the company.
