We have all seen in the news the devastation that the pandemic is having in India right now. Each day, a new world record number of COVID-19 cases are being reported, with the peak still to come. Hospitals have stopped admitting patients because they are running low on vital supplies and equipment, including oxygen, leaving people helpless as they watch their loved ones die without any treatment.

I am volunteering with The International Association for Human Values (IAHV) to raise funds which will be used to purchase Oxygen concentrators (portable machines which generate purified O2 from ambient air). A single O2 concentrator unit costs approx. £600 (including air freight). The IAHV team has established a robust supply chain to import the concentrators with a lead time of just 1 week.
