I have decided to run the Great South Run 2022 in support of The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), a charity operating in animal rescue and furthering the welfare cause for all animals.

RSPCA work to:

• Raise awareness for the welfare needs of our nation's pets and helping pet owners to ensure the welfare needs of their pets are being met;
• Improve the welfare of as many farm animals as possible, at every stage of their lives;
• Ensure wild animals are protected from human activity and unnecessary suffering; and
• Reduce the use of animals in experiments and reduce their suffering with a constructive and practical approach.

Please support RSPCA by taking part in this fundraising to push for changes in the law and to improve the welfare of animals on farms, in labs, in the wild, in paddocks or our homes.
