Hi everyone!

I am going to be running the London marathon again next year in support of Sense. They help thousands of people who are deafblind or who have complex disabilities to communicate, experience the world and fulfil their potential.

For those of you who don’t know my aunt was severely disabled and had to be raised by my grandparents her whole life. She struggled to communicate but still loved to try and I still have memories of her laughing when we used to visit.

Whilst not supported directly by Sense I can only imagine the lifeline they provide to families up and down the UK so that they can connect with each other.

For some more motivation to donate to this great cause I am putting some milestones in place after which there will be a forfeit/ reward (depending upon who you ask):

£750 raised – I will wax my legs

£1350 raised – You get to choose my running outfit

£2000 raised – I will shave my hair

I will be running in memory of my aunt and with your support I look forward to raising money for Sense so that they can continue their mission.
