Campaign by Beat (RCN 801343)
Our annual skydive day is back for 2022! On 1st October 2022 our incredible team of skydivers are taking to the skies for The Big Jump to help end the pain and suffering caused by Eating Disorders.

Story

Every single day, another young person begins battling an eating disorder that is slowly stripping away their self-worth, their independence, their joy, their peace of mind, their security, their mental health, their physical health and most likely - their future.

As the House Leader for Keller at Greenbank High School, I am committed to raising funds for our house charity, Beat - even if that means facing my biggest fear and jumping out of a perfectly good airplane at 11,000 feet! 🙈 However, I can’t make the jump without your financial support. Please join me and the students of Keller House in our fight against eating disorders.

Beat and its work is vital to the battle against eating disorders and funding Beat will help families support their loved ones who are suffering. It will also fund research that confirms the dangers of eating disorders and the treatment immediacy that is crucial.

12,457 children and young people began treatment between April 2021 and March 2022. The Government has failed to meet its target to ensure 95% of underage people start NHS eating disorder treatment within one week for urgent cases. Funding Beat helps address these problems and much more!

Thank you for helping me help others. I am so grateful for your support!  Tina x
