Story
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
SpecialEffect put the fun and inclusion back into the lives of many people with disabilities by helping them to play video games.
Through a lot of hard work and by using technology ranging from modified gamepads to eye-control, they find a way for people to play to the very best of their abilities.
But they don’t just do this for fun. By levelling the playing field, they bring families and friends together having a profoundly positive impact on therapy, confidence and rehabilitation of everyone involved.
To support SpecialEffect and help them continue to deliver their incredible work I am organising a GameBlast event that will be taking place in Plymouth in February 2015.
Myself and my friends would like to show, proudly and in style, that games, gaming and the communities that surround it can work together as a force for good.
