Story
Dear Friends,
Annashope is named after my good friend and colleague Rob Hughes and his wife Carole's daughter Anna. Anna was diagnosed with a brain tumour in February 2005. Anna had a 7 hour operation and fought for 15 months through chemotherapy with the support and love of Carole, Rob and their daughter Sara. At the age of 3 years and 8 months, she lost her life.
Rob and Carole now dedicate their time to Annashope with an aim to support children and families affected by this terrible disease. The second aim is to support funding of research into childhood brain tumours.
I cannot think of a better cause to support and knowing that Carole, Rob and Sara are behind the chairty the money will go far. And as a father of three lovely, healthy children I feel very privileged and lucky in life.
I hope you will support my jog around London and help me, help other children.
Thank you, Poul
