In the UK, about 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer at some point in their lives. For black men, this figure increases to an astonishing 1 in 4.

The headlines are stark reading, knowing that you will be friends with someone, or will have relatives that will get prostate cancer.

But rather than do nothing, I'm going to do something to help.

So, on the 21st April I'm going to cycle with some like minded reprobates from Harleston Magpies Hockey Club, to HC Bloemendaal in The Netherlands, a trip of around 210km over 3 days, in the first ever Post 2 Post charity event.

Any money that we are able to raise will be heading to Prostate Cancer UK to help take the fight to cancer.
