Posse fosters collaborative voices in our most promising students. When they rise as leaders in their careers and communities, Posse Scholars become the ones creating and supporting meaningful change. It's been the core of Posses work since 1989. Posse was inspired by a student who said he never would have dropped out of college if he'd had his posse with him. The simple idea: send a team (a Posse) of diverse students together to college and set them up for success. They've now supported almost 10,000 students nationwide in winning $1.5 billion in scholarships from Posse's partner colleges - with a 90% graduation rate! Posse spans 10 cities and has a special program for post-9/11 U.S. veterans. Please join us in supporting this next generation of leaders. 

Company matching gifts are donations an employer makes to match its employees' charitable contributions. Usually associated with corporate grant makers, employee matching gifts often are dollar-for-dollar, but some companies will give double or even triple the original donation.
