On 15th September 2015 at 25 weeks pregnant our lives changed forever, following a gush of water and 12 hours later our daughter Poppy was born 15 weeks early at the RVI in Newcastle weighing 830g (1lb 13ozs). Following a long stay in hospital to save Poppy's life with only a few setbacks we are very lucky that we now have Poppy home and want to give something back to the Tiny Lives charity that assisted us hugely from providing us with Miniboos, parking passes, memory box, progress stickers and so much support.
