How many miles can you run in 30 days? Could you take on 50 or 100 miles to help us beat dementia?

Story

Many of you will know someone with dementia? It is a cruel and horrible disease. For over 2 years my great-grandad (Eric) has battled against this illness.

So I have decided to try and help raise some money for the Alzheimer’s Society by running 100 miles in 30 days. Starting on Sunday 7th June ending Monday 6th July.

Please donate whatever small amount you wish and please share my post. .

Thank you Poppy Henson. 🏃🏼‍♀️

PS - For safety reasons and so he can lose a little from his waist, my dad (Brian) will accompany me on my runs. His company Rekruut Consultancy are supporting my charity endeavours.
