Like all Hospices, Florence Nightingale Hospice is a wonderful, caring place. This particular Hospice is important to me as, in 2010, our Son Simon spent the last month of his life there. All the staff showed such understanding and care, not only to Simon, but to his whole family too.I would like to think that with my help in fundraising others may have the little extras that mean so much whilst in the final stages of their life. Having walked last year, the challenge this year is to go just that extra mile, making it an half marathon! Simon faced his challenges with a smile and the team and I want to do the same, whilst helping the Hospice as much as we can.
