We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. - Please sponsor me and my team the No Wining Dryathletes!

As you may or may not be aware the No Wining team rather enjoys a drink or two… but this January we are going to push our willpower to the limits and stay sober. That’s right ladies and gentleman, through this dark and gloomy month not a single Jager Bomb of comfort will pass through our lips, no shot of Sambuca will dribble down our cheeks, we will not succumb to the temptation of a cool glass of wine and we may have to experience Fab sober….Crazy you cry? Why!! You ask? Well this test of courage is not simply to save our livers and waistlines (although this is a most welcome bonus) but to raise money for Cancer Research.

Cancer has affected all of us in some way and so it is important to us to fundraise and do our bit so that we can one day reach a time when all cancer is curable. We are therefore asking all of you lovely lot to please, please sponsor us by donating the amount you might mindlessly spend on a pint and help us raise money for a very worthy cause.

So please when you are out partying your January sorrows away, take pity on us sober mongrels and ‘buy us a drink’ by donating to this page!

Thank you!

Love Polly xxx
