I will be running the Great North Run, for the Afghanistan Crisis Appeal, British Red Cross.

We have all witnessed the devastating scenes from the last couple of weeks in Afghanistan. I hope the money we can raise for this cause, will help at least one person in this ever changing crisis! 

Any amount of money is that one bit closer to helping someone, whether its 10p or £10!
