The Light the Lakes event sees teams of police officers, police staff, colleagues, family and friends light up the famous Wainwright Fells of Cumbria in memory of colleagues who have lost their lives. 

We will be raising funds for Care of Police Survivors (COPS) a charity which supports their surviving families.

During 17-18 June 2022 TeamUp, a group of friends from across the policing family, will travel a 14.5km route, 2.5km elevation over Yewbarrow and Red Pike (Wasdale) to Scoat Fell and Steeple where we will camp overnight, and light flares in memory of officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

We raised over £2,100 in previous years. This year is the 10 year anniversary of Light the Lakes, lets make it special!
