I'm taking on the 30 Day Pilates Challenge to support families facing dementia.

When I saw this was Dementia UK’s latest challenge, as a Pilates Teacher I saw a wonderful opportunity to get people involved, raise awareness, raise funds for this super charity and get people feeling fabulous!

I will be doing this challenge starting 6th June for 30 days. I have created a Facebook group so that you lovely people can join in with me. Please donate any amount you are able and then add yourself to the Facebook group. I will be doing my workouts every day live in the group. You can join in live or in your own time from the video on the group timeline. Join everyday or just when you can.  Workouts will be short (20mins ish) and suitable for all levels. I will start with the fundamentals for those joining us who are newer to pilates.
