Five years since its groundbreaking(ish) inception, the Poetry Advent Calendar returns for one last festive scrape of the barrel. This year, optimist that I (sometimes) am, I'd like to try and spread the Christmas cheer beyond the confines of hastily-written poetry and try to make a more tangible difference at the same time.
