As you may know last year we lost our gorgeous Jakey boy. He was cared for at home by Claire’s House who were absolutely amazing with him and were an amazing support for our family. They did everything from Jacobs care to arts and crafts with him and his sister Mia. We wanted to be able to give back to them so that they can go on to support more families they way that they did with ours. 

Claire House are asking you to Step Up and support your local children's hospice. Did you know that £16.78 could provide an hour of one to one care for a seriously ill child or young person?£37 could allow a counsellor to deliver a private counselling session over Skype or Zoom, providing much needed support to a parent or sibling from the comfort of their own home.£102 could provide a full day of Butterfly support for a bereaved family, allowing them time to say goodbye whilst receiving full support from Claire House staff.Every donation will help Claire House to be there for families when they need us the most.
