Story
We have been looking for a fun way to raise money as a team for our chosen charity DASH for some time. A Land’s End to John o’Groats 874 mile run/walk, broken up between the three of us across the year seems like the perfect solution! It feels achievable, yet it is still a HUGE feat!
Chris, Helen and Claire at Planing House are totally committed to the challenge, but to spice it up a little, they’ve decided to open it up and invite other groups to get involved… with the promise of a TROPHY for whoever completes the 874 miles first!!

How to Log Miles...
You can log your miles with any approved app, we have a Dashboard where miles can be uploaded. However we recommend STRAVA as an app, which has a free option available. We've even created a club page on STRAVA: DASH for DASH so participants can see how they are doing on their runs against other participants. However this doesn't log walks.
Donations...
ALL donations are given to DASH, Planning House will provide the medals for everyone who completes the challenge so no money is taken away from the charity. There is also a trophy for the team/individual who completes the challenge first!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
