My friend Louise asked me if i wanted to join her on a walk along the Jurassic coast,  having originally said it wasn't for me i decided that maybe it was something I could do. Having agreed I then realised the distance was 100km in a continuous walk. Having been reassured that i would be fine the training has commenced. Not only has it helped me get a lot fitter it has been a great way to explore where i am, and given me goals and something to look forward to in these unsettling times.

 This also gives me a great opportunity to raise funds for a wonderful charity in Cancer Research UK.
