Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I recently decided to do do the Great North Run, not sure why as I don't particularly enjoy running 13 miles but thought it should be something I have on my bucket list to tick off.

I visited St Vincent's support centre in Leeds in December and I was really impressed and moved by the work they do in the Leeds area.  Everything from helping those with mental health issues to providing a local food bank.  The charity is small and I wanted to support it for all the good work it does, 

My colleague at Ring Automotive is also doing a charity event and we've teamed up to support St Vincent's. 

So I and we would really appreciate your support, dig deep and I'll think of/thank you all when I'm muttering profanities running around Newcastle
