We are thrilled to announce that Kinetic are embarking on a gruelling yet ultimately rewarding adventure - the Thames Path Challenge.On Saturday 9th September, 12 members of staff will set off from Putney Bridge, London with a shared objective of walking the Thames towpath to Henley-on-Thames. This incredible 100km route along the iconic Thames River is not just an adventure; it's an opportunity for us to continue to raise awareness and make a significant impact on mental health. By participating in this challenge, we aim to raise vital funds for Student Minds, an organisation dedicated to supporting and improving the mental well-being of students across the country.Why Student Minds?Student Minds is a leading charity that champions mental health support for university students. They provide crucial resources, training, and advocacy to create a supportive environment where students can thrive. Through their initiatives, they empower students to tackle mental health challenges, reduce stigma, and promote well-being within academic institutions. ALSO- I will be taking part in the Long Mynd Hike on the 7th October which is a 50 mile run/hike over the Shropshire Hills that must be completed within 24 hours.
