Savannah, Hunter and their 2 four legged friends are walking to raise funds and awareness for Dementia Support - IOW and Hampshire. 

Living with dementia is hard, especially when the outside world can be less than accommodating.

Inspired by the charity's founder's own lived experiences, Dementia Support aims provide a safe space for you and your loved one to be yourself, so that you can bring a bit of normality back into your routine.
