Story
Team Pinchaninch have set a challenge of taking 50+ members to the top of The Old Man of Coniston on Saturday 9th April. We are doing this in memory of one of our members who recently passed away and also trying to create awareness about the importance of defibrillators in our community. At the same time we are trying to raise funds for our nominated Charity, The Redsky Foundation....
Redsky Foundation's mission is to make life better for people who are born with or develop heart conditions by providing lifelong support to them and their families. This is achieved by helping babies, children, adults and their families across the North East of England by funding equipment and raising awareness of the Children’s Heart Unit at the Freeman Hospital, other regional health services within the NHS and providing schools and communities with life saving defibrillators to make our region a safer place to live learn work and play.
Please dig deep and help us raise our target of just £1000, even small amounts will make a huge difference to our cause. It's going to be tough and few members might even need a defib on the day!
Thank you
