Pilgrims Hop Challenge July 2022

This will be a dual effort, seeing serviceman and veterans rowing from #pooleharbour to #Cherbourg in France, a 66 nautical mile row across the busiest shipping lane in the world,m to our half way point. Originally we intended to row to Alderney, however tides and dangerous waters have shown this as too risky.

Once there, We will then hand the boat over to injured and #amputee serviceman who will row the return leg and look to achieve a new Guinness world record in the process (record application underway), finishing at #Poole Harbour for tea, medals and #beers .

This is an amazing opportunity for sponsors and others to get involved in what will be a truly life changing experience and one to be proud of. We are raising money for the charity  #pilgrimbandits  which helps veterans and their families.

Even better, the boat has got pedigree and took #teamessencerowers @jason_carl_fox @aldokane across the Atlantic and so we will hope to add to its achievements and records.
