Hello Charitable friend.

After what seems like only a mere momentary lapse of judgement, I appear to have entered myself into the Nike Run London 10K.

A running contest taking place at un-Godly hour on a Godly day. A time when I'd typically be resting a weary head and considering how to coerce my flatemates into buying me bacon.

Instead this 8th of July will be different. I will don Lycra, wear neon running shoes and gaffa-tape an ipod to my non existent bicep and all in the name of... GOODNESS.

GOODNESS FOR ME; There appear to be health benefits involved. GOODNESS FOR YOU; You donate/ balance out some of that sinning you’ve been doing. And most importantly GOODNESS FOR SCOPE; the charity I will be running for who do great work in helping disabled peeps live a more enriched life.
