Story

Healing Military Minds was started because charities were suffering. As an events organiser and an serving member of the military for many years I decided to get a group of friends together to do what I can do best, organise events whilst having fun and being part of a team to raise money and awareness for Combat Stress. This charity is close to my heart friends and veterans relying on support from these charities to support them and guide them through their mental health challenges. Many events throughout the year are being planned to bring laughter, improve not only my mental health but others. Let’s raise as much money as we can for this worthy cause! Team HMM 🧡

Myself and Brandon, are running and tabbing 1942 km whilst deployed out in Cyprus, we will be posting weekly updates of our tally and ending with a marathon to mark the completion of 1942km. The raf regiment was formed in 1942 by king George, and so that’s why we have decided to complete this amount of km. we will be doing this over a six month period so averaging around 46 miles a week however will be spread out due to work. Please take time to contact us and ask any questions about this challenge and would be very thankful if you were to donate and show your support to such an amazing charity.
