The Offa's Dyke walk runs for 177 miles along the border between England and Wales, starting in Chepstow and finishing in Prestatyn. We are expecting to complete the walk in 7 days, walking roughly a marathon a day. The 7 of us are completing the walk to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy. The Muscular Dystrophy campaign help support over 70,000 adults and children suffering from muscular diseases within the UK. They to help to provide care and support to sufferers and their families, aswell as providing equipment and professional advice.
