I was a very active runner until 2010 when i was diagnosed with ‘Wegeners Granulomatosis’, a rare Vasculitis condition. Since then I have been struggling with the disease and am now under control and , although running is still a while away (if ever!), I wanted to stay in the running scene - hence the photos.

No set amount, just give what you want.
