Hey guys, this Sunday I will be running the Derby 10k to raise money for upbeat communities. This charity works with refugees and asylum seekers in Derby to welcome and integrate them into the community. I swim well and was good in the 100m race at school but this is going to be a real challenge considering I haven’t run since I did the 100m race at school. I only signed up on Friday so have a week to get in shape but I will do my best. It would be absolutely amazing if you could sponsor me.
