I am cycling from the HALO HQ in Sepon, Laos to the HALO HQ in Siem Reap, Cambodia. 1000 kms in no more than 8 days so I am in Siem Reap to see England lift the Rugby World Cup. I am fund raising for both Help for Heroes and The HALO Trust. Being in the military and working for the HALO Trust have been the most rewarding times in my life - making a difference around the world to the lives of so many people. So... time for me to try and pay back something for both organisations. 

And...any money that I raise for the The HALO Trust will be doubled by the  UK Government!!
