Phil passed away recently. He had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, but continued to live his life quietly and with dignity. We would like to help Parkinson's UK, in particular the Chester Branch, to support their work with health professionals, raising awareness and improving outcomes for Parkinson's patients in hospital.
