Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving. Phil passed away on 2nd January. He had been diagnosed with Parkinson,s disease and had continued to live his life quietly and with dignity. We all loved him very much and in his honour we would like to help Parkinson's UK, particularly the Chester Branch, who are working to raise awareness amongst health professionals to improve treatment and outcomes for Parkinson's patients in hospital.
