We fund lifesaving research to to tackle heart and circulatory diseases

Story

Thanks for visiting our page. We are raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and we would be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit our target. Thanks!

I had my heart attack in October 2011. Without the sort of research work that is carried out by the BHF and the support that is given from them I don't think that I would be here today. I am organising this group walk to support this organisation in its research. - Phil

As a group we will be walking a 13 mile route in the Peak district on Sunday 28th May starting from Edale, walking up to Mam Tor then along the ridge to Lose hill. Down to Hope before climbing up to Win hill then a return trek to Edale where we started. Please wish us well and please donate to a worthy cause.
